This is a time of uncertainty that is truly showing us some of us our strongest fears. Personally, I have experienced the fear of my loved ones health, finances and finding myself glued to news. Balancing the developments of each hour can be overwhelmingly scary. One thing I have come to acknowledge is that through this opportunity to provide support as a clinical therapist, the beauty of being present and enlisting coping skills that develop the faith in being present. Finding the true strength in this chaos will build such a resiliency that will be build on core values in many families, individuals and communities. Please take this time to heal, learn, grow, and develop an appreciation of how strong you truly are. I have taken this time to provide brief telehealth crisis counseling at a reduced rate to promote self care. Please reach out if you are in need. 909-372-0683
